Mendenhall's Garage is a trusted family tradition in the community. Founded in 1927 by James H. Mendenhall a.k.a. the Man with the Corn Cob Pipe, we began as a roadside service station, providing the community with gas, oil, service and tires. By the 1950's J. Roger Mendenhall ran the business, spending his time lying on the concrete ground working diligently on customers' vehicles. It was during that time that we started our lawn & garden sales and service. Proud to uphold his family name, Jay Mendenhall took over the family business in the early 2000's, he runs it today with the same mission and goals that started it all in 1927, "serving the community with excellent service, fair prices and honesty that can't be beat." In 2008, we took on U-Haul, and now we rent trucks and trailers for moving in town and one-way. In 2016, we added the Bad Boy line of zero-turn-radius mowers to help make your mowing easier.
